UK Local Authorities and Public sector bodies that want to compare performance using the Socitm KPIs other than through the Socitm Benchmarking services, can subscribe to the Socitm KPIs database.
The database holds a subset of the Socitm data and allows subscribers to model the information and make comparisons with other organisations.
The database is used by the Audit Commission and other audit bodies to compare authorities when they are subject to an inspection.
The cost of subscribing to the Socitm KPIs database for 2008 is £ 395.00 plus VAT. This price is discounted to £245.00 plus VAT where the end user is a Socitm member. The subscription runs from January to December each year. During 2008, we will start to capture the National e-Service Delivery Standard (NeSDS) ICT figures and the National Value for Money (VFM) ICT KPIs as well. The service is available to UK Local Authorities and Public bodies.
