Vikki’s background is in technology focused consultancy, initially managing major projects for organisations such as Virgin and the BBC, as well as SMEs. Before joining Consulting, she grew a 50-strong consulting company to a turnover of £4 million, and her ambition has always been to build a company based on targeted sales with a quality skills mix and an equitable and value conscious ethos. Her primary role in the new management team is to build and implement a Consultants Development Programme, focus on skills development, build on standards and improve end of project procedures.
