Chris Head joined the Socitm Insight team in April 2002. He is an independent consultant and also a member of Faculty at Henley Management College, specialising in public sector strategic ICT. Until June 2000 he was a partner in Surrey Business Services, the internal contractor providing ICT services to Surrey County Council. He also has experience with BP and Unisys. Chris is also actively involved with both Socitm Learning and Socitm Events.
