Socitm Insight scores highly in subscriber satisfaction survey

Socitm Insight subscribers have given a highly positive report on the service through the latest subscriber satisfaction survey, results of which were published on May 14. The survey, completed by 20% of subscribers, showed that the service was not only highly regarded, but was also continuing to improve.

Average satisfaction with its publications came out at 74%, with Better connected, the annual survey of council websites coming out top with a score just under 80%. Satisfaction with other services offered by Socitm Insight was also high, with the benchmarking service scoring just under 83%.
