The Society of Information Technology Management (Socitm) has formed a partnership with Easy i, part of the compliance division of SAI Global Limited, to deliver cost effective e-learning courses to public sector managers and staff around issues such as Information Security, security for mobile working, Data Protection and the Freedom of Information Act.
Easy i’s experience in design and delivery of e-learning around compliance, risk and standards and together with Socitm’s understanding of IT management in local government and the wider public sector, will bring a fully managed online learning resource to people in the public sector who need to gain and maintain knowledge in these vital areas.
Courses are available for staff and managers at all levels and take between 20 minutes and three hours to complete. Costs (including Socitm discount) start at £15.60 + VAT
Easy i training programmes are highly interactive, visually stimulating and present information in a clear and compelling manner. Users find them an easy way to improve their professional skills. Socitm members will benefit from gaining Continued Professional Development (CPD) points upon completion of courses.
