Description
Making a success of mobile working requires the organisation to take a strategic approach to planning and implementing it. It must be integrated with overall business, information management, ICT and human resources strategies if the benefits in terms of greater productivity, better services to customers and improved staff morale are to be achieved. Staff must be consulted about change and receive appropriate training and support; employers and managers must adapt their policies and working methods. Communication channels between people and workgroups must be rationalised.
