Description


Our annual survey of benchmarking activity through the year provides a snapshot of ICT service management. Our historical data allows us to analyse the trends as well as the static data from the snapshot, providing the most comprehensive picture of the best and worst in 2006.

Out of the total, 16 were new to the service; the remaining 71 had previously participated at least since it started in 2000. The report summarises the results for Groups 29 to 33 that have been completed in 2006. The analysis is by type of organisation, and summarised for the UK, It covers investment in ICT (KPIs 14 and 90), quality of service (KPIs 1, 2, 3 and 15), costefficiency (KPIs 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8) and user training (KPI 10).
