Contributors to the Digital Inclusion presentations and debate included Jenny Brogden, Sunderland City Council, Kingston upon Hull, Barnsley MBC, North Lincolnshire Council. This was followed by a workshop Identifying the barriers to digital inclusion and meeting the needs of the digital excluded
Doug Maclean of Socitm Consulting gave a presentation on the Socitm Software index and shared services and John Shaddock discussed E-Participation. Socitm's President , Rose Crozier also gave an update on the latest Socitm initiatives.
