The Gala Evening is a glittering affair that provides the sponsor with unrivalled company exposure, surrounded by up to 550 delegates and guests in all their finery (black tie optional), at arguably the most prestigious event in the Society's calendar. The evening gets underway with a convivial and relaxing drinks reception, then a mouth-watering four-course dinner with fine wines. The increasing pressures on delegates' time away from their work environment means they need facilities at the conference venue which enable them to remain in touch with their day to day work. Socitm's annual dinner - the President's Dinner – is held each year at a prestigious London venue. Approximately 100 people attend, made up in roughly equal proportions of the Society's guests, and those senior members of the Society who run Socitm's various activities. Guests include the heads of the other local, central government and IT societies and associations. The evening begins with a reception, followed by a formal dinner (black tie), speeches and a nightcap. Transport to a hotel where guests may stay (at their own expense) can be arranged. As sole sponsor of the President's Dinner, your company name will be acknowledged as such on the invitations, dinner menus, and you will have 5 complimentary places, one on the President's table.

A wide range of promotional gifts provide an excellent way to ensure your sponsorship money goes on working for you, long after the event, and we are always on the look out for new ideas. If you have any suggestions about an item you would like to provide/sponsor, email the exhibition organiser.
Notes about sponsored merchandise
There may be some limitations on printing your house colours on some items. If there is another item you would like to suggest or can source, or if you would like more information about any specific item's specification, please contact the exhibition organiser. All prices exclude VAT.
