Extra Exhibitor Passes: Two Exhibitor Passes are allocated to each stand for attendance at the exhibition (these may be swapped between different personnel on different days etc) but extra passes will be required for any additional personnel on the day to the two standard passes. These may be ordered below.

Sunday Evening Reception/Dinner and Monday Evening Reception/Gala Dinner: Only confirmed Delegates and certain Sponsor packages are automatically eligible to attend these functions. Confirmed Exhibitors can attend either or both nights' events by purchasing tickets below.

Before you start:

1. Have you got your credit card ready? All passes must be paid for at the time you order them. When you hit 'Submit' you'll be taken to our secure payment site. If you don't complete the payment procedure, your booking isn't valid. Keep a note of the payment reference number in case of a query. A 'Paid' invoice will be posted to the address you enter on the form.
2. Are you an exhibitor at Socitm2008? If not, you can't use this form.
3. Have you already used up your two free passes per stand (3 per stand if you are a sponsor)? Then use this form.
4. Do you want access to conference sessions? If you DO, this is the WRONG form. These Exhibitor Passes just include lunch and mid-morning and mid-afternoon tea/coffee and entry to the exhibition area. You need to book as a Delegate to get access to conference sessions - see your exhibitor instructions.
5. How do you get the passes/tickets you've ordered? Exhibitor Passes and Reception/Dinner tickets can be collected from the exhibition organiser during Sunday set-up or during exhibition open hours on Monday. They will NOT be posted out.
6. Costs: Additional Exhibition Passes are £35 (plus VAT) per person per day. Sunday Evening Reception/Dinner tickets are £80 (plus VAT) per person each and Monday Evening Gala/Dinner tickets are £95 (plus VAT) per person each. Combined Sunday Evening Reception/Dinner and Monday Evening Reception/Gala Dinner tickets are discounted to £170 (plus VAT), a saving of £5 (plus VAT) compared with purchasing the individual evening tickets.
