After a view from the Cabinet Office, we had a session on SFIA. You may have heard about SFIA but not really know what it means to you as a professional. Mike Chad explained why it is critical to IT professionals. Then we heard from Leeds City Council, the first to implement SFIA and make it useable in a local authority context. Finally we shared the experiences of those who are now setting out on the road to implementing SFIA and from our own Nick Roberts, who is leading one of ten pilot projects.
The event wass open to all categories of membership to join us for what was a very informative, educational and fun day!
