National e-Service Delivery Standard (NeSDS) – ICT Overview and Implementation

A one day workshop to introduce the NeSDS – ICT standard, what is it, how to implement it and how to measure progress. This workshop is being run in conjunction with Socitm’s Performance Management Group.

Tutor

Mark Brett is the Activity Manager for Socitm's Performance Management Group and the Socitm Learning Manager. Mark worked for 21 years in Local Government, with experience in ICT, Housing and Emergency Planning. His specialist interests include partnership working, information security and business continuity management.  Other involvement with Socitm includes SIAG, the Insight Steering Group and the London branch executive. Mark holds a Masters Research degree in Local Government Studies from North London University.
