Local Authorities and their delivery partners are entering unprecedented territory as a result of CSR-07 efficiency drivers, rising adult social care costs, equal pay, new legislation and hugely rising citizen expectations. In order to succeed, many authorities have recognized the need to address change in more ambitious ways in order to continue to deliver better services for citizens, staff and taxpayers.
But what works? What capabilities are available to make this happen? Who has successfully done it before?
This conference “Lost in Transformation – moving forwards together” will help answer some of those questions for you. There are some enormous new opportunities to radically improve the ways that services are delivered, some as a result of new national infrastructure and some which can be shared between organizations.
The organisers have put together a very strong set of speakers and workshops are based on feedback from authorities on what they would like.
