Over the past three years the ITIL framework for IT service management has been adopted by more and more organisations in the public sector. This workshop is the first step in a new Socitm Insight project investigating the lessons of ITIL implementation.

Its purpose will validate and inform the project scope and focus.  It will also clarify subscriber requirements, particularly the outputs needed by practitioners.  

The event will be facilitated by Liz Varga, the ITIL product specialist for Socitm Consulting
