    The course - and our parallel course - IT Profession - Techniques for Line Managers - will be led by Mary Wintershausen who has an outstanding record of achievement in strategic development, senior management and consultancy in central and local government. Mary is a highly experienced trainer and was an Implementation Lead in the IT professionalism pilot.
