This year Vice President Steve Palmer is chairing one of the keynote sessions, and Socitm Insight’s Martin Greenwood is presenting a session on customer access together with Nic Streatfeild of GovMetric, Socitm Insight’s partner in the new Customer Access Improvement Service.
