Socitm only makes available the following information (if provided) from this form to potential and actual Exhibitors and Sponsors of the event:-

a) Prior to the event delegate Job Titles and Organisation Names may be shared with potential exhibitors and sponsors as examples of the typical conference audience in order to attract relevant exhibitors and sponsors to that event
b) A full printed list of delegates (containing only the delegate’s name and organisation name) will be made available (as part of the standard delegate pack) to exhibitors and sponsors at the event and to non-attending sponsors after the event for information but on the condition they are not used for marketing purposes. No other formats such as electronic lists are supplied. Named delegate lists are not made available in advance of the event.
