  • NeSDS  for ICT:  discussions on action plan, how to proceed with the Standard
  • NeSDS Customer Services Standard – report on progress

  • Recommended Changes to the Socitm KPIs
  • Carbon footprint - update
  • Flexible working
  • Vendor presentation: PTC (How Canterbury City Council have started to capture Socitm KPI information.  Presentation to be given by Canterbury CC Manager)
